3.2 How to Find and Open a File in the Vault

Browse the File Browser

1. Open the File Browser panel in the left sidebar

2. Navigate to user_data/ — your Vault root

3. Click through folders to find your file

4. Single-click to select, double-click to open

Search by Name

1. Click the Search / magnifying glass icon at the top of the file browser or using the search function on the side bar

2. Type the filename or partial name

3. Results appear filtered in real time across all Vault folders

4. Click the result to navigate directly to it
